The kick-off meeting took place in Kaunas, Lithuania on 16-18th of January.
The kick-off meeting of the project “Digital competence framework for Ukrainian teachers and other citizens” (dComFra) took place on 16-18 January 2019 in Kaunas, Lithuania, Vytautas Magnus University. The meeting was attended by all representatives of the project consortium institutions, namely: VMU (coordinator, host, Lithuania), CUAS (Austria), CULS (Czech Republic), UP (Poland), UPB-CAMIS (Romania), KNUCA (Ukraine), TSNUK (Ukraine), NTU “KhPI” (Ukraine), DonNTU (Ukraine), CHNU (Ukraine), KNURE (Ukraine), KrNU (Ukraine), UAITP (Ukraine), ITI (Lithuania), MESU (Ukraine).
During the meeting the main aspects of the project were presented focusing on the mission to improve and promote the development of digital literacy in Ukraine by adapting the digital literacy system for teachers and citizens in line with the European trends. The introductory presentations of partner institutions were followed by the tasks and outcomes which were discussed broadly. The schedule of upcoming and future activities was presented and working packages clarified, and the steering committee was elected and approved. The project management principles, as well as financial rules and reporting guidelines were introduced to all the partners referring to the EC regulatory framework for Erasmus+ Capacity Building projects in the field of Higher Education.
