The fourth management meeting had to be held on 13-15 May 2020 in Villach, Austria, the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. However, due to the mobility restrictions being affected by Covid-19 threats, the direct management meeting was postponed, and two on-line meetings were organised on 30 April and 6 May 2020. The on-line meeting on April put together the partners from Programme Countries, meanwhile the on-line meeting on May – the representatives from Partner Country institutions, with active participation of the national project coordinator in Ukraine – TSNUK – in both meetings. The meetings were devoted to discuss the following urgent aspects:
- The possible influence of current pandemic situation on the project activities.
- The ways to organize smooth and timely implementation of the project activities during the world-wide quarantine, focusing on the trainings’ activities.
- The issues for preparation of the interim project report.
- Other relevant questions.
